Mr Brechbill is a Director of I/S at Union Pacific Railroad. He has a MM in saxophone performance from the University of Southern California where he studied with Harvey Pittel. He has been an adjunct faculty member in the Department of Music at the University of Nebraska, Omaha since 1979, where is teaches applied saxophone.
He performs regularly as a member of the
Omaha Symphony
when they perform literature with a saxophone part on the program.
Mr. Brechbill plays the saxophone part on the Omaha Symphony’s
premiere compact disc, "Take Flight".
He also plays occasionally with the Resurrected Swing Big Band.
Mr. Brechbill started composing in the Summer of 2002.
